Project Ethos Brings L.A Fashion Week Alive at The House of Blues

The House of Blues (Sunset) was jammed packed with 2,000 Art lovers to attend Project Ethos’ latest soiree, “Fashion Week.” On Oct 24th, Project Ethos showcased local emerging talent with an art installation, live concert headlining music act Cold Flamez and runway show. Between the fashion show and live performances partygoers were glued to the glossy runway which upcoming designers like , Goci & Syc Fuk, Jazmin Whitley Li Cari,Private Arts, Rina Palma, Garden Party Cowgirl Heaven by Houstina Summers showcased their line.
I was impressed with what the five year old entertainment company has done to Fashion week this year. I must say I was dismayed with several Runway shows this “Fashion Month”. Nothing new, Designers copying Designers etc...Clothing that you would see at your local Mall..(DARE To BE Different).I wish some of these so called Designers would embrace that theory.
None the less I give Project Ethos a Bravo for the talent they selected. I was mostly impressed by the Young Houstina Summers. Her Line is called, Cowgirl Heaven and I have never seen anything like your show. Not even in Paris and in Paris I have seen a lot of things. Her Models and Designs stole the show and everyone’s attention. I was amazed and it takes a lot for me to even clap for you. (I kinda have that been there done that attitude). But this girl is going to be good. No she is going to be great. Aside from the name of her Line I can see her next to Dior, Betsy, and maybe even Chanel with the right training of course. She has a long way to go but the seed is planted in her.
Take a look at the Video.

Paris Hilton

I normally don't post things like this but this had to be addressed.
Fashion or Craft project gone wrong. This is what they had to say about this one.
"For once Paris Hilton's hair looked halfway decent, but the vintage, safety-pin-adorned Versace dress she wore to the LA premiere of "This Is It" appeared to be a fashion school project faux pas".

Front Row At the DVF Cancer Aweness show

What an inspirational event. VIP guests were treated like celebrities even though many were. Like Rick fox and his leading lady Eliza Dushku, Jazmin Whitley from the house of Jazmin, and many others. I was gifted with front row seats and had the pleasure first hand to see cancer survivors strut down the runway. The Designs were DVF.
Front Row at the Teen Vogue Event

Teen Vogue held an amazing private event to celebrate their young Hollywood issue. The show was held at the fames Milk studios in Los Angeles and was drizzled with young celebrities. Jessica Stroup, Taylor Lautner, and Miranda Cosgrove just to name a few. Very nice in my opinion.
